Jai Verma is the Chairman and CEO of Protecti Global Holdings Ltd and he also serves as the Chairman of Agrizz Global DMCC, Protecti Technology Ltd, and Protecti Biotech Pvt. Ltd, Chairman of Government Solutions at Gochain blockchain company based in the United States, and as Chairman of EPIONE Biotech Inc., a multinational immuno pharmacology company based in the United States.
Before this, he served as the Global CEO of Government Solutions at Cigna Corporation, a Fortune 12 US healthcare corporation.
He has more than twenty-five years of executive experience in multiple industries around the globe.
He has held leadership roles with leading multinational organizations like Aetna, a CVS Health Company, UnitedHealth Group, Marsh & McLennan Group and Allianz AG.
Mr Verma completed his Executive Development Program from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has also completed several leadership programs.
Dr. Sambhu Choudhury is a Mayo Clinic–trained orthopedic surgeon with over two decades of expertise in pediatric and adult surgery, trauma care, and joint reconstruction. Fellowship-trained at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, he combines advanced clinical practice with innovation in medical devices, holding 15+ U.S. patents in surgical implants, orthopedic tools, and wearable technology.
He serves as Chief Medical Officer & Board Member of Protecti Global Holdings Ltd, Orthopedic Surgeon with Mercy Health Physicians, and faculty at the Frank Noyes Institute, The Jewish Hospital, and the University of Cincinnati Medical School. His research includes 15+ peer-reviewed publications on topics such as pediatric shoulder instability, spinal deformities, and complex orthopedic tumors.
An entrepreneur and product developer, Dr. Choudhury has founded Concepto LLC, DPS, and Macon Wear LLC, and has held leadership roles including Chief Medical Officer of SNAPBACK Corporation. He continues to bridge clinical expertise with innovation, advancing musculoskeletal care worldwide.

Ambassador Hans H. Hertell joined the Advisory Board in 2025, bringing over 30 years of experience in government affairs, business, law and banking. He was sworn in as the United States Ambassador to the Dominican Republic on November 8, 2001, and was one of the diplomatic leaders that negotiated the DR-CAFTA Free Trade Agreement, one of the largest trade agreements of the United Sates. When he finished his tenure, he was one of the longest serving non-career Ambassadors in the western hemisphere.
Ambassador Hertell has served with distinction as an officer and member of the board of directors for both public and private corporations. From 1989 to 1992, he served as a Public Interest Director on the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, a banking system established by the U.S. Congress with combined assets of over $1.25 trillion dollars. Following this role, he became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Ponce Federal Bank (NYSE), one of the Caribbean’s largest publicly traded corporations, with $1.3 billion dollars in assets at the time.
He also held a directorship at OCASO Insurance, a wholly owned subsidiary of one of Spain’s largest insurance and reinsurance holding companies. Currently, Ambassador Hertell serves on the Board of Directors of InterEnergy Holdings, a company that owns and operates power generation and distribution assets across Latin America and Central America as well as the Caribbean. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of Brasilinvest Group, headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, and serves on the International Advisory Board of VRIO, Latin America’s leading media technology company, which is part of Argentina’s W Group.
Manish Kukreti is a visionary leader and founder driving impactful innovation in space, aerospace, and defense. As head of Vyom Space, he leads strategic collaborations with ISRO on critical projects such as rocket engine technologies and satellite systems, supporting India’s key space missions including Gaganyaan, lunar, and Mars explorations.
Under his leadership, Vyom Space partners with global OEMs to integrate advanced manufacturing and cutting-edge technologies, positioning the company as a pioneer in aerospace and defense innovation. Manish also established Vyom Space’s Design Bureau, focusing on next-generation solutions.
A former Indian Army officer and MBA graduate from France, Manish brings resilient leadership, global experience, and deep expertise in business development, supply chain, and technology, fueling Vyom Space’s growth as a leader in India’s space ambitions.
Before joining the group, Mr. Plamann spent over 30 years successfully innovating the health insurance industry.
He previously served as Vice President of Innovation Wellness Solutions with UnitedHealthcare. During his 15-year tenure at UnitedHealthcare, Mr. Plamann held various leadership roles directly responsible for driving innovation and developing and introducing disruptive products and services to the market that allowed members to more fully engage in their health and well-being.
He has led startup companies to put the healthcare consumer at the center of information access.
