Mr. Verma is the Chairman and CEO of Protecti Global Holdings Ltd and Protecti Biotech Pvt. Ltd, India and Protecti Biotech Ltd, Russia and Vice-Chairman of Medyear Inc, New York, USA.
Before this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Board and CEO & Global Head of Government Solutions at Cigna International. He has more than twenty-two years of executive experience in the rapidly growing international healthcare industry. He has held leadership roles with leading multinational organizations. His extensive experience across multiple industries and countries has provided him with knowledge of new market developments in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the United States.
He has led the structuring, selection and management of regional and state business development, distribution & operations teams, and market entry strategies for new businesses.

Jai Verma is the Chairman and CEO of Protecti Global Holdings Ltd and he also serves as the Chairman of Agrizz Global DMCC, Protecti Technology Ltd, and Protecti Biotech Pvt. Ltd, Chairman of Government Solutions at Gochain blockchain company based in the United States, and as Chairman of EPIONE Biotech Inc., a multinational immuno pharmacology company based in the United States.
Before this, he served as the Global CEO of Government Solutions at Cigna Corporation, a Fortune 12 US healthcare corporation.
He has more than twenty-five years of executive experience in multiple industries around the globe.
He has held leadership roles with leading multinational organizations like Aetna, a CVS Health Company, UnitedHealth Group, Marsh & McLennan Group and Allianz AG.
Mr Verma completed his Executive Development Program from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and has also completed several leadership programs
Accoladed Doctorate in Applied Microbiology from a WHO-ICMR collaborated Research Centre affiliated to Central University, Pondicherry; Dr. Vijayan shares over three decades of multifaceted expertise in Biotechnology.
Dr. Vijayan acquired a unique blend of R&D and Manufacturing proficiency coupled with Quality and Regulatory expertise in Biotechnology and Biopharmaceuticals to bridge science with commerce and make sure that his research endeavours are always delivered to the public.
Dr. Vijayan has served various Scientific and Advisory Boards and is obliged to Academics, including PhD Examinership.
